How long will it take to get the benefit?
The Aid & Attendance Claim Process has 3 Phases:
1. Development Phase (could take 139 days)
2. Decision Phase (could take 27 days)
3. Notification Phase (could take 40 days)
The benefit is Paid Retroactively based on the Stamp Date.
