I am off early to meet the movers as today is Mom's move in day at Barrington----And we can move with peace of mind! Yesterday her letter of approval arrived for the Veteran's pension.

As you may recall, you helped me with the VA application and some financial matters for my father, Robert. Your help was greatly appreciated. I received a letter from the VA this week, and dad was approved for a monthly pension payment of $1644 retro to December 1. I couldn't have done it without your help.
Dad received a letter dated Jul 5, 2011 from the VA granting the pension for the amount we had discussed with an effective date of Mar 1 2011.This will greatly assist in paying the bills!!
Thank you for your help and guidance.We accomplished this in 5 months rather than the 6-8 the VA was estimating.
All the paperwork went out Sat. July22 by certified mail. I included everything we had sent to you including her original discharge paper. I have not received my receipt but expect to receive notice by tomorrow.

Just wanted to update you and thank you so much for all your help with Dad's claim. We got the letter this week telling us the claim has been approved for the whole benefit, and will be retroactive back to May 1st.
Just wanted to send you a letter letting you know the Veterans Affairs office called my dad yesterday to let him know that his claim for aid and attendance has be approved so this is great news!!! Just wanted to express how appreciative we are for all your help you gave us getting this done. The money will be a godsend and help my parents stay in their home as long as possible..they are just tickled to death that help has finally arrived. Again than you so much for all the help!

Good news, it looks like Mother, (Helen) has received approval for benefits.
A monthly payment has been determined and deposited in her account as of the first of October. Sid and I want to thank you for all the help you have given us in obtaining these funds for Mother.
Just wanted to thank you for the presentation at The Wellington last night. This was one of the most informative hours I've spent in some time. You provided enough information to let me know that I will refer people to your program as opposed to getting bogged down in trying to explain too many of the details. Also allowed me to have a much broader perspective on who the beneficiaries of Aid and Attendance may be. Anyhow, thanks again for an enlightening evening.
